Assignment Schedule

1st to 3rd weeks Discuss and clarify the needs and requirements of the assignments with clients and present a shortlist of 3-4 candidates after covering more than 50% of the market
4th to 5th weeks Line managers interview with the shortlisted candidates and a further breakdown is gathered on the requirements. After the 4th week, the market coverage is around 60-80% mark and a final shortlist would be provided to clients
6th to 7th weeks Clients make an offer to the finalist candidate. A thorough reference check is conducted to ensure that all areas are met. A secondary candidate is prepared for contingency
7th to 8th weeks Employment contract is finalized and negotiated to both parties. A follow up is conducted on a regular basis in the months to come to ensure that both parties are happy with the progress
