Our Beginning - 2002
Solomann was established in Hong Kong with the idea of building a strategic business partner relationship with corporations by adding value to their human capital
Our goal is not to work on speed but to ensure the best “fit” candidate is identified through a professional, systematic search process
This has led to established alliances with a small group of multinationals through qualitative consulting across the Asian region whilst maintaining high integrity and working ethics.
From the beginning, the partners of Solomann agreed they would be guided by a commitment to five core values.
Historical Growth - 2004 to 2005
In 2004, with a need from clients to conduct coverage in South East Asia, Solomann established their second & third offices in Malaysia and Singapore.
A regional presence enabled Solomann to achieve results through understanding each client’s unique culture and expectations and to ensure a smooth execution process. During our growth came the development of specialized industry practices to allow for intense focus and expertise.
In 2005, we established our Shanghai representative office to support the growth of our clients in China.
Through the years, we have conducted searches across the Asian region from Japan down to India and Australasia, contributing to the success of various organizations. As a business partner, we provide valuable market insights and upcoming trends in the competitive landscape across different industries, complementing the core executive search business to our clients.
